Business Databases: Home

Guide contains links to business databases and search tips.

The library subscribes to a number of databases that contain academic journal articles, news, swot and industry reports, trade journals, and other materials related to business.  You can search them by entering topic keywords like strategic management, company names, or industries.

Most, but not all articles are available in full text.  If an article you want is not available in full text, you can request it for free using the library's interlibrary loan form (see the Other Helpful Links box).

You can also search these databases from off campus.  You must first log in by entering the 14 digit barcode found on the right side of your Alverno ID.

If you have any questions about using databases or finding information, you can contact a librarian or set up an appointment for one-on-one assistance.
