Established in 1993, INCORE (International COnflict REsearch) is a joint project of the United Nations University and the University of Ulster. Combining research, education and comparative analysis, INCORE addresses the causes and consequences of conflict in Northern Ireland and internationally. Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI)
The purpose of the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute is to conduct research on questions of conflict and cooperation of importance for international peace and security, with the aim of contributing to an understanding of the conditions for peaceful solutions of international conflicts and for a stable peace.
Swisspeace was founded in 1988 as the "Swiss Peace Foundation" with the goal of promoting independent peace research in Switzerland. During recent years it developed into an internationally renowned institution in peace and conflict research focusing on environmental conflicts, early warning, human security, business & peace, and gender. The site provides listings for and/or links to many publication in all of these areas.
